Specific scope of work, pricing, and timing are agreed upon at the time of booking. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract until a service appointment is confirmed.

Jerry Clean Mobile Detailing sends SMS messages to customers who have opted in through our website or other authorized channels. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Weather — Mobile detailing depends on weather. We may need to reschedule if conditions don't allow us to perform quality work safely. We will give as much advance notice as possible.
Vehicle Condition — Please disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive surfaces before service begins. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles that were not in roadworthy or sound condition when the service started.
Personal Belongings — Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
Satisfaction Guarantee — If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will make it right.
Payment — Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept multiple payment methods; specific options will be confirmed when you book.
Pricing — Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on your vehicle and the scope of work requested. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described.
Cancellations — You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
No-Shows — If we arrive at the scheduled time and location and are unable to access the vehicle or complete the service due to customer absence or inaccessibility, a no-show fee may apply.
Refunds — Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis after we've had an opportunity to address the issue.
Results from detailing services vary depending on the vehicle's condition, age, prior damage, and the specific service performed. While we work hard to deliver showroom-quality results on every job, we cannot guarantee that all stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or damage can be fully removed. We will give an honest assessment of expected results before any service begins.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jerry Clean Mobile Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
